The St Vincent Street Apartment is located in Edinburgh’s New Town, built in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The New Town’s Georgian architecture is stunning and together with the Old Town became a World Heritage Site in 1995. St Vincent Street itself dates from 1822 and is situated in one of the most attractive and peaceful corners of the New Town, overlooking the gardens of Royal Circus. Immediately in front of the apartment there is a large communal garden, which is shared with neighbouring properties and contains a swing.

This first floor apartment has large, spacious rooms with high ceilings with many characterful Georgian features such as wooden window shutters, ornate plasterwork and marble fireplaces. The apartment has recently been sensitively modernised and furnished, and has central heating throughout.
